All orders are shipped from our warehouse.  

 

VERY IMPORTANT:  Please note all times of delivery.  These are approximate, and are quoted by Canada Post. Please allow 8-14 business days for U..S and Canada from the day of mailing, not purchase. (this does NOT include weekends or holidays as mail does not run on these days in Canada). International is much longer.  These terms are very important when ordering for a special occasion, and to make your experience a great one.

Types Of Shipping

 

Regular:  Items are packaged and shipped by regular economical shipping. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Tracked Packet: Boxed items are given a tracking number and this will show up in your payment information.

​

Pickups:  We do allow customers to pick up their packages in person at events we participate in, as long as it has been arranged.  Should you wish to pick up your purchase personally, please get your special code for $0 charge "shipping" from us prior to checking out your order online

Orders usually ship within 2 business days (does not include weekends or holidays)

TAXES  and  DUTIES

 All custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
 Value of package contents will be listed directly on package where applicable as required by custom authorities.
 Due to customs processing, some packages may be delayed delivery.
